Head of Product · Alohi · Geneva

A product leader who drives business outcomes.

I work closely with founders and CEOs to take products from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10 — owning the whole business the product drives, not just the roadmap. Close to a decade of it across B2B SaaS across Asia and Europe for products with millions of users globally.

How I operate

The principles I run on

Not just a philosophy. These are the operating rules I set for the team.

01

Shipping speed is the moat

The gap between a good idea and a change in production is the real bottleneck — so I rebuild teams to close it. Fewer processes and meetings, replaced by real levers: clear metric ownership, a weekly all-hands, and async updates that make progress visible.

02

Hire Alphas

A-class people with the competence and the track record to prove they’ve solved this shape of problem before — and the energy to do it again. A small team of those outperforms a large team of anyone else. It’s the highest-leverage decision a product leader makes.

03

Best PMs start with the Revenue

A product manager's success is defined by the success of the product, not just by what is shipped. Closing the loop with sales, marketing and growth sits inside the job scope — and it’s usually the most important part. Actively mentoring PMs into that ownership.

Point of view

An AI-native operating system

Cursor · MCPs Metabase · Zendesk · Hubspot GitLab · Atlassian · Slack 10× throughput

The PM’s old job was to be the integration layer — the human ferrying context between engineering, data, support and sales, one browser tab at a time. That role is finished.

I now run more than half my week inside Cursor, wired through MCP into Metabase, Zendesk, GitLab, Atlassian, Hubspot and Slack: a persistent working brain that holds full context on how we build and operate, and compounds over time.

The unlock isn’t doing one task faster — it’s parallelism. Investigation, drafting, analysis and follow-through run as concurrent threads, so I operate at 10× the throughput and quality of the old workflow. That lets a single PM go broad — genuinely present across engineering, customer success and sales at once — while going deeper than ever on the business and the user, because the busywork no longer eats the week.

I’m no longer the integration layer. I stay at the judgement layer.
